Estaba equivocado.

;)

Por ahora, felices fiestas y feliz año nuevo.Mahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-58363747938029686262006-12-21T08:41:00.000-08:002006-12-21T08:53:17.239-08:00First and brief postWell, my very first and brief post.

The only thing I want to highlight is that real synergy is starting to exists around here at the CS.

Two weeks ago all companies started to talk about how can we optimize resources, good things emerged from that meeting. We will be expecting results next year's first quarter.

Last week we were talking about a joint project with other company; FINALLY! this is one achievment of being together.

Yesterday the CFO from our neighbor company was explaing us how they manage financial scenarios and risks; again, FINALLY, we are sharing knowledge.

In general, people around here are starting to talk, exchange ideas and work together. Companies are obviously created by people... so we will be expecting plenty of joint achievments next year! Mexico will be leader in the technology development market really soon. I promise.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-63199835891391340922006-12-12T15:36:00.000-08:002006-12-12T15:50:10.667-08:00The software center like Art Gallery<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8VjijiHrmXfVoJpznvH3Q0m7X3HcLEciZTrE6ZaVvmnojbGXPgtItw3Hp7Tt8oXUKe9l19X0FUCE4-llPj7lII6GrvCFcKvRi1r8tAIoCNNV7ys5A1QTe9JY1JV1byc4gA02KjseyVXVe/s320/foto_sec_academica_5.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5007791812910683122" />

About the sculptures in the last post.

Well, the software center have many faces, almost like the people that lives in here. Mexico, like a multicultural country have a rich culture and traditions. We have a lot of great artists in poetry, theatre, music, painting, sculpture, etc..

In the original plans of the software center the admon thought in convert the corridors in autentic galleries of art. The first work (4 beautiful and strange sculptures) were from a artist from Jalisco, (insert the name in here).

The last week, a business man, Jorge Vergara (owner of a soccer team in Mexico and Costa Rica), sponsored a local in the history center for a art auction. That's the end of the sculptures. But don't worry!

Soon we can have a lot of other great work!Mahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-68304473380033305742006-11-04T10:11:00.000-08:002006-11-04T13:03:06.087-08:00The building

Well... Let's start with the building. The "Centro del Software" was before a supermarket called Comercial Mexicana in the center of the "Plaza del Ángel". Comercial Mexicana, it's a big company with a lot of stores in Mexico.

Plaza del Angel it's near of Plaza del Sol, the most ancient mall in latinamerica. This plaza it's a travel to the past. Have a lot of small stores, and a abandonaded cinema (with a so cute taquilla). In the last floor, there is a dance school.

Well... that's all folksMahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-81719004604445770102006-10-23T16:15:00.000-07:002006-10-23T17:02:19.226-07:00One month ago...Almost one month ago i stopped writing in this blog. The true reasons were a lot of work, and a huge pressure for deliver projects in time.

Nothing has been happening in the software center. Really! NOTHING... The same companies, the same workers, the same faces... When you walk by, you can see empty offices, with one chair, one table, even one flower. Nothing more. What's up? Nothing important really, because almost every company have other offices somewhere in the city.

I don't have camera, and believe or not, it's another reason for not posting. Letter by themselves are boring, rigth? I mean, maybe a book would be cool but not if you're talking about a place. I promise buy a camera within the next few days.

Well, see ya!

P.S. Project Manager: i need more time for this blog!Mahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-66630435741371015902006-09-28T08:32:00.000-07:002006-09-28T08:33:12.666-07:00A day with the presidentThe start of the day was really annoying, revision for arms, the cars can't use the parking system of the place, a lot of military people dress like civilians, and a lot of blof, blof, blof.

At 10:30am, boxes with red wine Carlo Rossi, cross the area. The WC was occupied for the goverment people, more military and more blof.

A lot of ladys, pass with food.

At 11:00am, more coffee, food and a extraordinary ass.

At 12:36pm, the guests from Aportia, IJALTI, CANIETI and others arrive. We could see a lot of important people from the mexican goverment, like the governor of the state of Jalisco Francisco Ramírez Acuña.

At 1:30pm the president arrive, with a military deploy, and a short speech.

At 2:11pm he left the place :)

Then... the beautiful moment! Cocacola! Food and Wine!

At 6:10pm we can see the boss of hildebrando, pass in front of us.

A twice of news (Spanish)

:) That was the inauguration...
Now we need work :PMahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-50709240171992056572006-09-28T06:48:00.000-07:002006-09-28T07:03:34.608-07:00American PressYesterday, north-american people visit the instalations of the software center. Aportia was the host, in a day with more form in the office work.

At, 10:00am my work begins, after drink my coffee and read my blogs feeds. In the front of the office a lot of workers began to give form to the place. After a official notice from the mexican goverment, about the security measures for today (the most important, no photos, no logos -hildebrando fear?-, at 10 o'clock the software center locks the door, nobody go out at 1:30pm, etc.) the smell of Mexican food was really intense.

The american press (with a lot of gringos) took a tour in the software center, drank and ate the best food in the world.

Later a final memorandum, at 5:30pm the "estado mayor presidencial" (military trained bodyguard of the president) "took the posession" of the building, and all the people needs comme out.

Well... today, a strong security mesaures and a lot of military people dress like civilians...

Now i need write code... :)Mahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-64176236140962485852006-09-27T08:07:00.000-07:002006-09-27T08:14:38.819-07:00PromiseMy promise, a few photos...

Before (The old office)

In process (Moving)

The last monday :) (Almost happy, in the first photo, me in the rigth)

Photos in flickrMahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-68506641643333475342006-09-26T14:06:00.000-07:002006-09-26T14:18:47.243-07:00First and Second dayThe firsts days in the Software Center, have been really good and interesting. A lot of job for the workers to build the offices accord to the layouts and the exigencies of the business.

The first day had really few people in the offices working in software development. Today all have more form, and we can see the preparations for the visit of the Mexico's President, Vicente Fox Quezada. All begins to be more clean, taking care of the details.

The evaluation of the CMMi Level 2, forwards with comfort in the new office and i can write code in a beautiful place with nice telephones Cisco 7911, internet with good bandwith and a excelent chair.

In the place arise something interesting. Each company, reflects the personality through its offices. Because the furniture are the same for all offices, with the same style in the walls, ceiling, ligths, etc. there is only a few things to play. The layouts are the most common play. Some companes have covered the operative area completely, without visibility to that area they reflects in my perspective great hermetism. In the other hand, some companies, have cristal walls in all the place. Other things are the distance in the distinct areas, the diversity, the confort, the square "mode". Even, some companies still don't know they layout!

For the visit of the president, you will notice that there is no logos in the companies, but soon will emerge the real personality in the people, in order to constitute a real ecosystem (and i hope with good units (; )

I promise you photos!Mahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-31606481068632389212006-09-22T12:49:00.000-07:002006-09-22T12:51:45.450-07:00Here we go!We are moving to the software center rigth now!

A lot of boxes are in the office, and a voice from my boss: "Company it's shutdown now! Company it's shutdown now!"

:)

The epoch it's now! The monday i hope post happy news :)Mahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4173482635353211853.post-19577401134937328392006-09-18T14:49:00.000-07:002007-07-14T11:51:25.989-07:00ExcitanteEn estos días, solo los últimos detalles.

Bueno, veamos. ¿Sabes que significa Mexico IT?

Mahomedalid Ivan Pacheco Moreloshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11571525036410463965noreply@blogger.com3
